Who Can Participate?

You are eligible if:

• You have given birth for the first time in the last year and had a vaginal birth with a vaginal/perineal tear and/or episiotomy

• You have been cleared by your health care provider that your scar tissue is healed

• You are 18 years of age or older

• You live in the Calgary Zone of Alberta Health Services

• You are able to complete written questionnaires in English
